Supervised training is about more than just taking you through the motions, a good trainer is highly skilled at technique, the ability to give cues, programming, motivation, and able to handle any situation. They understand that every member is an individual with their own needs and expectations. A great trainer can take all of those things and motivate a client to become the highest expression of their strength, power, performance and health. Our trainers will listen to you, modify training to meet your needs and make you feel equally as important as the next person. No-one is better than anyone else, we are all just different!
