Group Fitness Classes
  • Group Fitness classes for everyday people wanting to experience high quality fully supervised training in a non-intimidating, friendly environment. Groups are small and our instructors are experts in their fields ensuring authentic and safe techniques are taught to all members. Our classes are all beginner and female friendly, and no previous experience is necessary. High quality equipment is supplied for all classes. We also provide group sessions for schools, sports teams, corporate and private groups.
